Jan Backman supports the strategic growth of the VX Fiber Group across countries. After studying business administration in Stockholm and Cologne, he has now worked in the telecommunications environment for more than 25 years, including in sales, product management and marketing functions at companies such as Siemens, Fujitsu and Ericsson.
First, Jan Backman and his team set up an open access fibre optic division at the Stockholm company Teracom Broadband Networks and sold it to Swedish Telekom (Telia) in 2018.

Wolfgang Klöckl is Senior Business Development Manager and supports the VX project team in the implementation phase. He has been in the telecommunications sector for more than 30 years and has gained international experience in Europe, the Middle and Far East. Over the course of his career, in addition to sales-related functions, he has held management positions in both controlling and service areas in a major international manufacturer. He has been working intensively on fibre optic expansion for ten years now.

The core focus here is on the coordination of new project areas, analyzes in the area of area development and strategic partnerships. Nicole Holländer brings with her over 10 years of experience in the German fibre market.
