Jan Backman is the Country Manager for Germany and is responsible for sales strategy and company setup. He has worked for more than 20 years in the telecommunication space after his Master studies in Economics in Stockholm and Cologne, focussing primarily in Sales, Product Management and Marketing functions with Siemens, Fujitsu and Ericsson. His previous position was with the Swedish operator Teracom, where he built the team and business area focused on Open Access fibre operations which he exited to the largest Swedish operator (Telia) in 2018.

Silke Steinhart bringt als verantwortliche Person für die Geschäftsentwicklung insgesamt über 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus der IT/TK Branche mit. Seit 10 Jahren ist sie im Glasfaserumfeld vertrieblich und konzeptionell tätig. Ihr Know-How umfasst die kompletten Bereiche Infrastruktur/ Multimediaversorgung sowohl beim Netzbetreiber (zuletzt Deutsche Glasfaser) wie auch beim Kabelnetzbetreiber (BIG Medienversorgung GmbH/ Tele Columbus AG). Der Fokus lag und liegt auch künftig auf den Segmenten Wohnungswirtschaft und Kooperationen im Stadtwerke/ISP – Umfeld.

Jonas Gustafsson is the Country Manager for Austria and responsible for sales strategy and company setup. He has worked for more than 25 years in the telecommunication space from Sweden, Poland and Ireland. Working in commercial positions for Bredbandsbolaget, Telia and Quadracom, he gained vast experience in fibre build out and network operation.

Robert Gure is Country Manager in Belgium. He is a senior business developer with passion for sales and people. Robert has 25 years of experience working and living abroad in different business cultures.
Country Manager, Malaysia
Erik Domajnko is the Country Manager for Malaysia and is responsible for sales strategy and operational setup. He has worked for more than 20 years in the telecommunication space after his telecom engineering studies, primarily in Sales and Marketing functions with Ericsson. He has participated in programs at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Colombia Business School. His previous engagement was as Global Customer Unit Head for the Telia account in Ericsson, where he managed customer relations in 12 countries. This global team managed business in the mobile field, fixed telecom and a significant fiber build out in Sweden. Erik also has experience from assignments in Lebanon, Luxemburg, and South Africa.
